I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Flourish Counseling in Winter Park, Florida. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in marriage and family, and I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories.
I'm passionate about walking alongside trauma survivors, leading groups, and using expressive arts in healing. My work has included serving survivors of human trafficking and leading recovery groups for women across the Orlando area.
Luzelena is a counseling intern at Flourish, working under the supervision of Cristina Ally, LMHC. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for every client she meets.
